Background: THIS IS NOT MY STORY, IT IS MY SISTERS. Also sorry for the text wall. IN the early 2000s my family lived on island called Guam. My father was in the military so we lived on base and went to the military school called DODEA schools (sorry if l miss spelled it), the schools were better than the local schools and had a very well know reputation for being strict and expelling kids for bullying, threats, ect. I was in Elementary School, and my sister was in high school during this so I do not have 100% of the details. The players: Sister: sister, BFF: sisters besfriend w/ same name, MF: mutual friend, NB: neighbor boy, NG: neighbor girl, Mom and dad: our parents. Story, PART 1: when we lived in Guam my sister attended high school at the dodea schools. During this time she became very friendly with our neighbors. In particular she was good friends with NG, they were known throughout the neighborhood for being the two hot girls. NG had an older brother NB, he was the typical tropical island hunk, tall, dark, and a good-looking smile so I've been told.

Heavy equipment is still moving earth across 400 acres that will become work and living areas for single Marines. But it's possible to get an idea of what the base will look like with a road leading to its main gate and the shells of a few concrete buildings rising from the dirt. The heart of Camp Blaz, where barracks will be built for unaccompanied Marines, is next door to Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Guam, just west of Andersen. The top secret listening post includes an impressive array of white domes that look like giant golf balls. During a recent tour of Camp Blaz, Navy Cmdr. Brian Foster, who is helping oversee the construction for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, pointed out some of the planned facilities using a tabletop map. The Navy last month awarded a contract to build two six-story barracks at the new base, he said, adding: "It's more than the construction of Camp Blaz. " The Marines will practice sharpshooting at several new ranges, including a "multipurpose" machine gun range being built along Guam's northwestern coast.

This article by Paul Szoldra originally appeared on Task & Purpose, a digital news and culture publication dedicated to military and veterans issues. The Navy is considering opening tattoo parlors on its bases at "multiple locations, " including Naval Base Guam and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii, a Navy official said Friday. News of the plan comes a few weeks after the official opening of a tattoo studio on Nellis Air Force base in Las Vegas, the first on a U. S. military base. "The Navy Exchange Service Command has never operated or provided a vendor space for a tattoo parlor, " said spokeswoman Courtney Williams. "However, over the past couple of years, NEXCOM has been diligently researching and working closely with [Navy medical officials] to identify appropriate protocols and locations for potential tattoo parlors on Navy installations. " Indeed, the Navy has "multiple locations in the hopper, " according to Williams, though plans have not yet been solidified or officially announced.

This pandemic has stripped away all the unnecessary clutter that has distracted us. We need to focus on the dire needs of our own people here, right now, and for the future. The New World Order policies of the last 40 years has crippled our ability to take care of ourselves. Our interconnectedness and the disruption of supply chains around the world means we are vulnerable to collapse, physically, mentally, socially and politically. Everyone is pointing the finger of blame elsewhere. I personally blame the Consortium and their bought and bribed Siriv Elite for this culling event. And there will be a reckoning for all of their culpabilities once they are fully investigated. However, that justice must take a back seat to the urgency of providing for our people's immediate survival needs. WE NEED FOOD While we do grow much of the food we eat, we also import quite a bit, and those supply chains bringing that food are interrupted. In addition, some of the current crops intended for use in restaurants are no longer in demand in the same volumes, and our farmers are unable to sell what they've produced through the supply chains they've used and the contracts they're under.

Guam Under the NAVFAC Pacific Strategic Basing Initiatives IDIQ contracts, AECOM — as an equal partner in the prime joint venture — led development of the full spectrum of planning requirements and products to aid US Marine Corps decision-makers in identifying viable alternatives to support mission and training objectives for the realignment of USMC forces from Okinawa, Japan to Guam. A major deliverable under the contract is a comprehensive Guam Joint Military Master Plan, which addresses Joint Service requirements related to the military build-up on Guam plus sub-plans for related enhancements including the addition of new Navy platforms, Air Force airfield facilities, an Army Missile Defense Detachment and firing ranges for joint service training. The Guam Joint Military Master Plan addresses infrastructure, housing, and quality of life improvements for new DoD installation with a construction budget greater than $10 billion. Planning efforts resulted in facility development plans for several locations on Guam with major consideration of housing and joint service community requirements to accommodate the influx of over 17, 000 military and dependent personnel.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas commander Capt. Daniel Turner spoke about the construction projects in a March 20 speech to the Society of American Military Engineers in Guam. "We are doing construction at every one of these locations, " he said. The work will pick up in 2023 and be heavy through the rest of the decade, he said. An issue is getting visas for enough foreign construction workers to complete the work. There are only about 3, 500 local construction workers on Guam and the projects will require a force of 11, 500 by 2023. So far only 1, 500 foreign workers have visas, Turner said. He showed the engineers a list of dozens of projects yet to be awarded, ranging from munitions storage facilities to barracks, parking lots, refueling facilities, ranges and wells. The expansion means there are plenty of government jobs available on Guam, Turner said, noting that the engineering command has more than 100 vacancies in the islands and expects to advertise more than 100 more jobs as the construction work ramps up.

Important side note MF was a guy, so he was able to distribute the index cards inside the men's bathroom. Which in particularl interest to my sister and BFF, because they couldn't enter the mens bathroom; and as mentioned before NG was know for her looks. Within two days, all 100 yes, 100 index cards have been distributed throughout the school. It didn't take long for people to notice and to start asking NG if she wanted a cookie. My sister stood back and watch as the whole school started to ask what kind of cookies she like, if the rumors were true, and some poeple saying, "I'm going to bring a whole plate of cookies". A week after Distributing the index cards, my sister and BFF were walking down a hallway when the school principal walks up to them, gets right in my sister's face and says, "I know it was you but I just can't prove it, if I did you'd be expelled already. " My sister and BFF just kind of stood there in shock because you have never been in trouble befor with the principal.
